We discussed having the whole countertop sanded and urethaned so it would all match for which he gave us a very reasonable price. He also mentioned he had friends who do countertops and would we like an estimate. We figured it couldn't hurt even though we really weren't planning on spending that kind of money. We were given a courtesy discount as a friend of Fabiano and a deal too good to pass up. Fabiano acted as our liaison through the whole process. He did repair the backsplash and spent a whole day leveling the cabinets in preparation for the countertops which came out beautiful. He has since come back to reseal our copper sink and replace the copper nails that held it in place when it was over the wood countertops. He is always there when he says he will be. Always with a smile on his face. And, he's not satisfied till the customer is satisfied. Very detail oriented. He has also tackled a couple other incidentals while he has been here. Always with the same desire to satisfy and attention to detail. Would highly recommend him!!! read less

She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and organized. we discussed my needs,wishes, length of job, price and scheduled appt time for next day. Via text she communicated reminders of the appt time as well as alerts when they were on the way. This showed me they care about their clients time. The work... read moreI contracted with Eco Green Cleaning to clean my house after a new kitchen floor was put down. The work was two one time cleanings to remove dust from the construction and perform a "Deep Cleaning". My first conversation with them led me to believe that for $300.00 I would have 4 cleaners do the house top to bottom in 3-4 hours. Their website stated that: "POST CONSTRUCTION CLEAN-UP RATES Prices are based on the size of the job, type of clean- up. Prices start at $45-75 an hour. Estimated are free. Wednesday- Sunday please call for time available." They only showed up with 2 cleaners and did not finish. That was ok and I had them back again. This time, I paid them another $300.00. for 3 hours of work. They worked very hard and were pleasant to work with and for regular maid cleaning they did a very good job. I would not rate them highly for "deep cleaning" ie scrubbing hard to remove dirt. Also, they have a tendency of doing and cleaning what they want to clean, rather than what you want them to clean. They set too high of expectations, did a good job on the week to week surface stuff but did not meet my expectations on the "Deep Clean". At $600 for six hours I did not feel I got my money worth. I ask them to come back and give me 1 hr for free for the things I though they missed and they declined. I would not hire the again. read less

They offer options to use your own products or they will bring their own, which I love. They also put shoe covers on, which I really really love. My favorite thing about this company is their communication. I get an email and a text when I am scheduled, when they are on their way, when they arrive and when they are done.
